Commercial Project Coordinator

This commercial project role involves managing projects valued up to £5 million in the Sussex area. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial and contractual arrangement management
• Monthly project progress monitoring
• Customer invoicing initiation according to commercial and contractual agreements
• Cost and budget negotiation and agreement for projects and project variances
• Resolution of commercial and contractual disputes with customers
• Production of financial and management reports monitoring project progress
Requirements
• Degree qualification in a construction-based field
• Organisational skills with ability to work within project time constraints
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with contractors, site staff, third-party suppliers, and clients
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
