Overview:
HealthCare Talent, a division of Cross Country Healthcare, is committed to bridging the gap between individuals' aspirations and their current healthcare positions. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering direct psychotherapy services to patients and assisting the Director in clinical functions.
Salary: Up to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure.
Job Description: Provide direct psychotherapy services to behavioral health patients and assist the Director in clinical functions. Develop and implement policies and procedures, collect data, and develop reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current MA LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2 years of experience providing therapy in individual, family, and/or group modalities preferred, based on licensure
- Current Massachusetts LADC1 preferred
Benefits:
- HYBRID-REMOTE work arrangement: 5 days/week onsite, with option to conduct up to 50% of visits remotely after probationary period
- FULL TIME schedule: Monday - Friday
- HOURS: 8a-5p
- LOAN REPAYMENT: Up to $25,000 per year for 2 years
