Job Overview

Get Recruited is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team in Nottingham.

This client-facing role offers hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to manage and develop your own portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Grow Your Portfolio: Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Client Meetings and Risk Presentations: Conduct client meetings and risk presentations, providing professional insurance advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation and Delivery: Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal coverage and terms, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a strong technical insurance knowledge base.
  • CII Qualification: Professional CII qualification (or commitment to achieve) and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and business development skills, with an understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package dependent on experience, with a bonus based on New Business and Renewals.
  • Holidays and Benefits: 25 days annual leave increasing by one day per year of service up to 28 days, Bank holidays, 4x salary death in service benefit, and full support and funding for CII professional qualifications.
