Residential Property Solicitor Leader

We are partnering with a reputable and forward-thinking law firm based in the UK to find an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead their new office.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a department from scratch, with full autonomy and support, making a significant impact on the firm's development.

As the Head of Department and an experienced Residential Property Lawyer, you would be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of Residential Property files, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Building and developing the Residential Property department, with a focus on business development and marketing
  • Supervising and mentoring team members as the department expands
  • Collaborating closely with senior Partners and leveraging support from administrative staff

Key requirements include:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with over 5 years' PQE within Residential Property
  • Experience handling a range of Residential Conveyancing files, including dealing with high net worth clients
  • Prior experience in supervising or managing team members would be ideal
  • Competitive salary, negotiable, depending on experience
