Store Manager Designate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering stores across Tyne & Wear and Durham. As a Store Manager Designate, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of store staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with the retail field team to share best practices and improve store performance
- Support and motivate store staff and volunteers to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
We are looking for someone with previous retail supervisory experience and a proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving store performance. You will need to be proactive, driven, and commercially aware, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Store Manager Designate, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
