About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and local communities in South East England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £16.04 per hour (weekends).
  • Guaranteed weekly hours, including travel time, to ensure a stable income.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license and access to a car for work-related travel.
