Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our client's team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist other members of staff in achieving project goals
  • Take responsibility for running a team and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Work independently and as part of a team, depending on project requirements
  • Attend site visits to monitor project progress
  • Develop project briefs and meet with professionals and clients to agree on project scope
  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Work on a range of projects across various sectors, including Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education
  • Attend site visits to ensure project quality and progress

Requirements

  • ARB Registered Architect
  • 5 years' + experience post Part III
  • Strong experience in the Education sector
  • Live within a commutable distance of Newport
  • Revit knowledge (advantageous - training can be given)
  • Excellent design skills
  • Hard working and motivated individual
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to run projects
