About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Pub Supervisor to join our team at the Brewery Tap in Blandford Forum. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the pub, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus a share of tips and a range of benefits including 70% off meals on duty, career progression opportunities and a warm welcome from our supportive team.

Job Description

As a Pub Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, managing the pub's operations, supervising staff and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a proven track record in hospitality or a related industry
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• basic knowledge of wine, beer and spirits (training provided)
