Isca Recruitment seeks a proactive Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Manager in a fast-growing organisation. The role involves preparing and running payrolls, maintaining pension schemes, and ensuring compliance with HMRC and pensions policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing SSP, SMP/SPP, attachment of earnings, pay increases, and managing employee absence data.

The successful candidate will be a first-rate communicator, a natural problem-solver, and possess experience of working with payroll software. They will also be a self-starter with a high energy approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced changing organisation.
