As a Retail Merchandising Specialist with eXPD8, you'll be working in a dynamic field-based retail environment, supporting the entertainment department at Morrisons to carry out Books, DVD and CD chart changes.

You'll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on a variety of tasks in other local retailers, including setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels and replenishing fixtures.

Every day is different and rewarding, with a focus on delivering great standards and service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have experience or a passion for merchandising, retail and/or customer service?
  • Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Be willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra to do so)
  • Be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be a great communicator; confident and friendly with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Have a full driving licence, access to your own vehicle for work purposes

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
