Craft Mixologist

The Clockspire is seeking a skilled Craft Mixologist to craft innovative cocktails and provide outstanding service to our guests. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology mastery and be able to create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

1. Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
2. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
3. Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
4. Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
5. Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
6. Team Collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.

In addition to a passion for mixology, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. If you have a leaving cert level education or above and a NVQ qualification or equivalent, we would love to hear from you.
