About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care and Community Support Officer to join our team at BlueGreen Recruit. As a key member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake effective and efficient assessments of our clients' needs, including risk assessments and care planning.
  • Support the safe administration of medication and monitor clients' health needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a care setting.
  • Appropriate qualification in Health and Social Care (NVQ level 3 or above).
  • Significant knowledge of relevant legislation and care standards.
