Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist - HSQE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of quality, safety, and environmental performance meet or exceed company standards.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements: NEBOSH certification, Mental Health First Aider training, Driving Licence, Kelvin Top Set 1 day – 3 day course, Report writing course, Behavioural Safety Training including TCUP.
