Job Description:

We are currently seeking ambitious consultants with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics advisory services to support our clients in optimizing and transforming their operations, enhancing insight, and driving business strategy enablement.

As a member of our new management consulting team, you will leverage your broad ERP transformation experience, combined with deep industry insight and strong Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform skills, to shape and deliver client business outcomes.

You will work closely with clients across various sectors, including life sciences, industrial products, consumer business, financial services, media, and telecommunications, applying operating model optimizations using the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in optimizing and transforming their operations
  • Leverage industry subject matter expertise to drive project success
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Train and coach colleagues to enhance the broader consulting capability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 7-20 years of Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience (recruiting at all levels)
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
  • Relevant ERP and Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience across a range of roles
  • Strong industry skills in one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing
  • Demonstrable general skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency) and the country's official language(s)
