The Product Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive product analytics strategies to assess performance, user engagement, and key metrics. They will analyze product data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive product enhancements and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, product development, and governance. They will be able to lead the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, ROI, and overall product success.

The Product Analytics Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure governance policies are applied consistently. They will partner with senior leadership to provide strategic input on data-related risks and opportunities, contributing to long-term product strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists. They will be able to provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays updated with evolving governance frameworks and analytical tools.
