Job Title: Complex Needs Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker for our Supported Housing service in Sheffield. This role involves providing care and support to adults with mental health conditions, helping them develop skills for independent living and pursuing their life aspirations.

About the Role

No previous experience in mental health is required, but having the right values and an aspiration to help others is essential. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this rewarding role.

You will be working with adults who require complex mental health support, providing guidance on managing their condition and developing daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure they can manage their mental health and regain skills for day-to-day living and community engagement
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000, based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including 28 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to extensive learning opportunities.
