The Prince of Wales Hospice is seeking an exceptional Commis Chef Trainee to join our culinary team. As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation and cooking while working alongside experienced chefs.

This role offers an estimated salary of £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff, as well as developing skills in food safety, nutrition, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • National Career Development Diploma (NCDD) or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
