Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join one of our South Manchester schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high-achieving Year 4 class.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum standards and be able to create engaging lessons that support the creative curriculum delivered by the school. They will also be able to build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect.
The role requires the teacher to work effectively as a team player with the TA, key stage, and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practice. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date records of data and analysing where and what to reteach to bridge gaps in learning and maintain high levels of attainment.
The school promotes a set of values and a vision aimed at enhancing and inspiring the lives of not only its pupils but also their families and the wider community. It seeks to prepare all children, regardless of background or special needs, for success in their future lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lessons that align with the KS2 National Curriculum standards and support the creative curriculum delivered by the school

Essential Requirements:
- QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Excellent references to support previous experience in KS2 (ideally in a Year 4 class)
- A CV that covers full employment history
- The right to work in the UK
