About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fire Engineering Supervisor to lead our team of engineers focused on fire and life safety systems. As a Fire Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising service calls, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a high level of technical knowledge in the fire safety industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of engineers to ensure they meet service call targets and deliver high-quality solutions
- Monitor KPIs to optimize team performance
- Provide technical support to the team and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain company values
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fire and life safety systems
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop engineering teams
- High level of technical knowledge within the fire safety industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Full, valid UK driving licence
What We Offer
- Basic salary £42,000 - £48,000 per annum
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
- 9-day working fortnight
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 35 days with service, plus Bank Holidays
