Plant and Machinery Installation Manager

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at ReAgent Chemical Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, developing project plans and schedules, and overseeing the installation of plant and machinery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is desirable
* Proven experience in project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
What We Offer:
The salary for this position is £42,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a generous company pension, minimum 31 days' holiday, life insurance, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, free onsite parking, and a friendly working environment.
