Role Overview

Chemistree Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Advisor to join their team in the field of Diabetes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused NMC registered nurse to work in partnership with the NHS in primary care, delivering a unique nursing programme that focuses on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care, and improving patient outcomes.

As a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering the most up-to-date care for their patients.

This role will suit a nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing diabetes within primary care, who is knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.

The ideal candidate will have skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics, IT literacy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a unique nursing programme in partnership with the NHS in primary care
  • Work with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering the most up-to-date care
  • Provide education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes
  • Optimise oral hypoglycaemics and provide IT support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Diabetes Diploma or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
