Job Overview
Cheadle Cricket Club seeks an experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching program and develop players across all age groups and skill levels. Our club is committed to fostering talent and passion for the game, with a vibrant and diverse membership.

About Us
We are a historic community club in Staffordshire dedicated to promoting cricket at all levels. Our top-class practice facilities provide a unique opportunity for our Head Coach to run one-on-one coaching sessions outside of club hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching plans for all teams, from juniors to seniors.
- Lead weekly training sessions for different age groups, focusing on skills development, fitness, and tactical awareness.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to individual players when needed to enhance performance.

Requirements
- Qualifications: ECB Level 2 (or higher) Cricket Coaching Qualification, Current DBS check, and First Aid certification.
- Experience: Proven experience coaching cricket, ideally with both junior and senior players, Previous experience working within a club or school setting is preferred.
