Apprentice IT Support Role

Gain valuable experience and skills in IT support at Amazon by working with the latest technology to resolve hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Complete your apprenticeship studies to learn and develop essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors.
  • Work with your training provider and line manager to set and achieve objectives and goals.
  • Contribute to achieving the Information Communications Technician (Support Technician pathway) apprenticeship Level 3 standard.
About Our Team

Our IT team at Amazon provides comprehensive support for information technology assets through the implementation of technical standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Eligibility
  • Meet the eligibility criteria for government-funded apprenticeships.
  • Have resided in the UK or European Economic Area for the past 3 years.
  • Be resident in England throughout the program duration.
  • Not be registered in a UK government-funded course ending after August 2025.
  • Be 18 years old or older prior to the contract start date.
  • Hold 3 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above, including Maths and English.
Work Arrangements

Flexible work arrangements, including working weekends and/or night shifts, are necessary to meet operational demands.

Projected Annual Salary:

£29,000 per annum, based on job requirements and location.
