Electronics Engineering Manager

Seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented RF engineers. This is a dynamic management role with opportunities for hands-on involvement in RF design and contributing to projects shaping product development.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications and extensive experience in RF design and development. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to manage resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
A competitive salary of up to £85,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include private health and dental care, subsidised onsite restaurant, enhanced pension contribution, flexible working hours, employee assistance program, large free parking area, and social events.
