We are seeking a skilled Exterior Horticultural Technician to join our team at phs Greenleaf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing exterior plants, troughs, and living walls, as well as planting and pruning flowers and plants.
About the Role- Maintain and install exterior plants, troughs, and living walls
- Plant and prune flowers and plants
- Water and spray plants
- Install Christmas trees and seasonal displays
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Competitive salary of £24,000 per annum
- Performance bonus of £500
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total)
- Holiday buy and sell scheme after 6 months of service
