Job Opportunity: Assessor/Trainer in Engineering Manufacture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Assessor/Trainer in Engineering Manufacture.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the successful candidate to train and assess Engineering Apprentices, as well as full-cost and full-time students, to support their progression to employment.

The ideal candidate will have significant industrial experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment, as well as supervisory experience and/or experience in dealing directly with customers, clients, or students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to Engineering Apprentices and students
  • Maintain workshops in a safe operational condition
  • Prepare teaching and learning materials in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the learning needs of students
