Garrard Building and Construction Limited seeks an experienced Plumbing and Heating Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of work on domestic plumbing, gas, and heating systems.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work independently, but as part of a larger team, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of domestic plumbing, gas, and heating systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in plumbing and heating engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of plumbing, gas, and heating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
