Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + local bank holidays (with options to increase), and other benefits that recognise your contribution. Job Description
This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales, and logistical planning to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service. As a Sales and Planning Representative, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing the end-to-end sales and planning process. You will act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, taking orders, and managing the entire customer journey, including pricing, planning, and after-sales support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a polite and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving complaints, are also essential. Experience in planning and logistics, ensuring resources are used efficiently to deliver on commitments, is required. Ability to use digital tools effectively and embrace innovation in customer and logistical management is a must.
