We are seeking an experienced Production and Logistics Controller to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing production control and logistics teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the PC&L department, ensuring smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Production Control and Logistics Team (5-6 Headcount) to ensure effective performance and development.
  • Create and update the Manufacturing Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure the shop floor is well-planned and executing as per customer requirements.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective planning for running the manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure the shop floor is serviced with raw materials to achieve 100% MPS achievement.
  • Support and motivate the kitting team to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Develop and implement functional improvements across the PC&L department.
