**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality services using effective communication skills.
  • Maintain good standards of childcare practice.
  • Prepare and present reports for case conferences and court proceedings.
  • Participate in referral meetings, reviews, and case discussions.
  • Work with families to monitor their needs and develop care plans.
  • Implement legislation and procedures related to service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Early Intervention & Family Support Team to ensure services meet Ofsted minimum standards.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

**Requirements:**

  • A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Continual professional development.
  • Social Work England registered.
