Job Opportunity

Tata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled MES Consultant to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions Department. As a key member of our team, you will drive and support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for large manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end MES solutions, including technical design and performance models for downstream communication systems.
  • Develop and integrate MES components, including coordination of user acceptance testing and deployment models.
  • Lead the development of components and modules, as well as the commissioning of MES components.
  • Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.
  • Knowledge of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) concepts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Proficy Suite Products, including Cimplicity, Workflow, and Historian.
  • Understanding of OPC, MQTT, and AMQP protocols.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, writing optimized SQL queries, and database optimization.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, BitBucket, and Docker.
