Service Care Solutions Ltd, the leading recruitment agency for the Probation service nationwide, is seeking a Community Payback Supervisor in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be required to carry out various responsibilities, activities, and duties, including conducting pre-placement unpaid work induction sessions and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, alerting the relevant staff to any risk
  • Use pro-social and other motivational techniques to ensure service users complete the work assigned
  • Monitor the attendance of service users allocated to agency placements and promote successful completions

The ideal candidate will have effective inter-personal skills, evidence of problem-solving, and knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm. Basic knowledge of First Aid and a driving licence are also required.
