We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at The Crystal Group. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly of tractors, lawnmowers, ATVs & UTVs, attachments, implements, parts, and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble tractors and other units, attaching all necessary equipment per customer request.
  • Complete online parts orders to finish tractor builds.
  • Operate or learn to operate a forklift to move material around in the assembly area.
  • Utilize mechanical and troubleshooting skills, as well as electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.
  • Work weekends and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
