**Job Summary**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Newcastle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations. You will assist the Manager in supervising the Restaurant team, overseeing events, and maintaining consistent standards of service to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and motivate the Restaurant team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Assist in overseeing events and functions within the hotel, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to improve operations and guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of hospitality supervision experience.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and living through our brand standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
