About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities on either a Day Shift or Night shift basis.

Our young people have a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs. As a Bank Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people to thrive.

We are looking for someone who is resilient, patient and understanding, with a natural flair for making people smile. If you are the type of person who thrives as part of a team and is always around to lend a listening ear, this could be the perfect role for you.
