Strata Construction Consulting is seeking a talented and driven Associate Structural Engineer to join their Structures team in Henley-on-Thames. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, educational, and health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects, providing leadership within the team and working with clients across the private and public sectors.
  • Develop and implement structural engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of the Structures team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
Requirements:
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
  • Proven experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
