Refinishing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Refinishing Technician at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.

• Inspect surfaces to determine refinishing needs and develop a plan to achieve the desired results
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning to ensure a smooth finish
• Apply refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to restore the surface to its original beauty
• Repair damage or imperfections to ensure a flawless finish
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and time spent on each job to optimize efficiency

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• General Liability insurance coverage
• At least 5 years of experience in refinishing and restoration
• Proficiency in refinishing techniques and materials, including paint, varnish, and stain
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ownership of necessary tools and reliable transportation
• Residency in the United States

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide Net 7 Pay, materials covered, and flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance.
