Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welfare Bank Officer to join our team at the Confederation of Service Charities. As a key member of our Bank Team, you will be responsible for providing welfare support to the Armed Forces Community, veterans, NHS staff, and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the welfare needs of service users with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver a range of services in Glasgow and Clyde.
  • Manage referrals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work independently and as part of a large team to achieve goals.

  • Mileage paid between locations (45p per mile).

Requirements:

  • Experience in health and social or welfare services.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
