Eddie Stobart is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join their team in Bellshill, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver goods to Morrisons sites using a variety of vehicles and equipment.
  • Conduct manual handling tasks as required.
  • Participate in training on the Rail side (Containers) if desired.
Shift Patterns:
  • Any 5 from 7 shifts, including one weekend shift.
  • Monday-Friday Night shift (dependent on availability).
Salary and Benefits:
  • Equivalent to £38,144 pa - £43,440 per annum, depending on shift pattern and start time.
  • Hourly rates: £13.50 (Mon-Fri Days), £14.90 (Mon-Fri Night Shift), £17.50 (Sat-Sun Day Shift), £17.50 (Sat-Sun Night Shift), £17.81 (Bank Holidays).
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, DCPC & Tacho Card.
  • No more than 6 points on your Licence with no DD/DR Code convictions.
  • Understanding of Driver's hours and WTD legislation.
  • Able to conduct vehicle checks and report defects correctly.
  • Compliance with on-site health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
