Business Growth Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic stakeholder management and relationship building with key client accounts.
This role requires a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Head Teachers. You will work closely with our operations teams and wider SupplyBank Team across Supporting Education Group to deliver a best-in-class service.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in sales and business development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education sector
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 28 days' holiday, healthcare plan, free life insurance, and pension contributions.
