Housekeeper - Part Time Position

About the Role
ABM UK is currently seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout various areas of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Empty and dispose of trash and waste materials in accordance with company guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies as needed, and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel to ensure prompt attention.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; what's more important is your ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- You should have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and be comfortable using various cleaning equipment.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with basic electrical equipment and able to use it safely and effectively.
Estimated Salary Range: £12-£15 per hour, dependent on location and experience.
