Overview

The Responsum Global Ltd is a leading company in the field of electrical design. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time office position that involves managing electrical HVAC building services design, including MEP design oversight, report/spec writing, CAD supervision, project coordination, regulatory compliance, budget/program advice, client liaison, project management, and site supervision. As part of an experienced team, you will receive training and support to progress to the next step of your career.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently both independently and as an integral part of a team. You should also be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to new challenges and changes in your work environment effectively.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing electrical HVAC building services design, including:
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design oversight
  • Report and specification writing
  • CAD supervision
  • Project coordination
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Budget and program advice
  • Client liaison
  • Project management
  • Site supervision

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in electrical engineering or a related field and significant experience in electrical design. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently both independently and as an integral part of a team. You should also be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to new challenges and changes in your work environment effectively. In addition, you should have knowledge of relevant software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
