About the Opportunity

OCTAVIUS INFRASTRUCTURE IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT LEAD TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN THE WALES & WESTERN REGION. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile rail infrastructure projects. You will lead by example, promoting a positive safety culture and a right-first-time attitude among the site team and supply chain. Effective communication with stakeholders, including site management, clients, and local communities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing contract activities on site
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrating a commitment to delivering quality products that meet customer requirements
  • Maximising project profitability through efficient resource management and defect resolution
  • SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING TEAM MEMBERS

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
