Clinical Negligence Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As a specialist law firm, we have over 30 years of experience in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages. You will be joining a team of experts who are dedicated to dealing with the highest severity of injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling allocated cases from inception to trial
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members
  • Proactive and commercial case management and progression
  • Effective and thorough time recording
  • Agreeing case tactics within the team
  • Identifying cases which are ready for LOC, settlement, and service
  • Coordinating the progression of cases with internal and external parties
  • Drafting of legal documentation
  • Litigation of claims as required
  • Negotiating settlement and the issuing and service of proceedings should it be required
Requirements
  • Recent experience of managing a case load
  • NQ - 8 years + PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Proclaim
  • Excellent client care skills
