Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team in Adult Critical Care at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality improvement agenda, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in critical care nursing. Essential qualifications include current NMC registration, a post-basic qualification in Critical Care specialist pathway (ENB 100 or equivalent), and a degree in health/nursing related studies or equivalent level of study. Desirable qualifications include a Master's degree in health/nursing related studies and formal leadership and management training/course.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
