About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher in Visual Arts to join our team at Activate Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach UAL Art & Design courses across levels 2 and 3 at our Bracknell and Wokingham College Campus.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student progression and achievement.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support student development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
Requirements
  • An appropriate professional qualification and/or an Art & Design degree.
  • Recent teaching experience in an FE environment.
  • The ability to deliver UAL programmes in Art & Design.
  • A proven track record of managing student groups.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to teaching and learning.
