About the Role

This challenging and rewarding position will support the implementation of company HSE policy and embedding ISO requirements through the Intersnack Work System (IWS) HSE Pillar at site level. You will play a key role in improving overall performance at the site as a member of the site HSE Pillar Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of company HSE policy and embed ISO requirements through supporting the implementation and embedding of the Intersnack Work System (IWS) HSE Pillar at site level.
  • Carr&y out internal Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy checks to ensure legal compliance and support the delivery of the HSE Master Plan to reduce risk and improve HSE and Energy performance.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities requirements, including ordering PPE and office supplies, budget control, credit card management, admin office support, site security, and access control management.
  • Carr&y out third-party KPI reviews and site audits in facilities areas in conjunction with Technical and HSE standards.
Requirements
  • A health and safety professional with good manufacturing experience looking to develop their career in HSE.
  • Nebosh Health and Safety Certificate preferred.
  • Environmental Qualification - IEMA Certificate desired.
  • Able to demonstrate good influencing skills, experience of working with Safe Teams/Committees, and effective Teamwork at site and regional levels.
Estimated Salary Range

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
