Job Description

You will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Team Leaders to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the holistic care needs of service users. You will also promote positive work areas and practices, ensuring they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience working as a care assistant or support worker in a similar care setting.
  • SVC level 3 or above/equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare (as per SSSC guidelines).
