Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Forensic Analyst to join our team at the Forensic Access Group. This is a remote working role, and we require an individual with extensive knowledge and expertise in cell site analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The preparation and normalisation of call data records (CDRs) for evidential purposes.
  • Reviewing material, discussing with clients, and formulating strategies to meet investigation objectives.
  • Conducting analysis of call data records, providing statistics and analytical findings.
  • Carrying out mobile cell site surveys and analysing large data sets.
  • Visualising call data records for court, using maps, charts, graphs, and tables.
  • Preparing comprehensive, analytical, and technical reports.
  • Providing expert evidence in court.
  • Maintaining and validating equipment and software used in cell site analysis.
  • Contributing to achieving and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in conducting cell site analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience in radio frequency propagation surveys (RFPS).
  • Experience in presenting evidence in court.
  • Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and investigative experience.
  • Significant experience in report writing and presentation of evidence.
  • Proficiency in CSAS (Cell Site Analysis Suite) and survey equipment (Nemo/G2K Lima).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of survey methods, analysis, and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with working and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • NPPV-3, SC Cleared, National Crime Agency, and Metropolitan Police security vetted.
