Optima UK Inc Ltd is a dynamic precision engineering company based in the Derbyshire area, dedicated to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions. We're currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our team, utilizing their expertise in operating and setting high-end CNC machinery.

**Role Overview:**

The CNC Turner role involves operating and setting CNC Turner or Sliding Head machines, reading and working from engineering drawings, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for collaborating with experienced engineers, contributing to project success, and staying up-to-date with the latest precision engineering techniques.

About You:**

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in high-precision manufacturing environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience working with Fanuc-based controls and producing components is essential. A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development await the successful candidate.

Estimated Salary: £31,000 per annum.
